We are proud to introduce Qi-ology™ - a living philology rooted in the harmony of Eastern wisdom and Western science. Qi-ology™ is built on a simple yet revolutionary principle: Movement for Health and Longevity.
True health begins with the breath. True breath is dictated by structural integrity - The Foundational Principle of Qi-ology™. True, effortless breathing is a privilege of a well-aligned and functionally sound body as we battle against gravity. The limitation often lies not in the lungs, but in the integrated structural system - a kinetic chain that starts from the feet and extends through the entire body.
Consider this cascade: instability in the feet can lead to misaligned knees and a tilted pelvis. This, in turn, affects the spine's natural curves and can cause the rib cage to collapse. A slumped spine and a descended rib cage physically compress the diaphragm, robbing it of the space it needs to descend fully with each inhalation. The result is shallow, compensatory breathing that keeps your nervous system on high alert.
The Qi-ology Method™ is the conscious practice of restoring the structure that enables optimal function. it is rooted from the base of support - feet to the entire structural integrity.
