We provide mats in the studio. If you would like to bring your own, you can!

Cancellation Policy

- You can book up to 1 minute before class commences
- Late Cancellation applies 4 hours before class commences
- You can book up to 30 minutes before class commences
- There is no late cancellation
- Livestream details are in the class confirmation email.
