2 Hour- $555 (in-studio max 15 pax)

The ultimate blend of mindful movement and team building. We blend the fun and accessibility of Yoga with purpose-built team-building games. Connect, Move, and Play.

TOTAL TRANSFORMATION IMMERSION

Corporate Wellness full customisation

Option 1

  • This is an option for a private group yoga class catered to meet the needs of the company. It is a convenient, hassle-free approach to an off-site yoga bonding activity.

    Our private group yoga sessions are conducted by one (or multiple) of our instructors, depending on the size of the group.

    Based on the objectives of the session, we will incorporate activities accordingly.

    For a one-off team bonding activity, you can expect some fun and partner yoga. For a session that centers around rest & relaxation, you can expect a more grounding class with stretches.

    Location:

    ·       In our Somerset studio (fits 18 pax comfortably)

    ·       In your office space (we can rent out mats at an additional rate of $10 per mat)

    Duration:

    ·       Classes typically run for 1 hour.

    ·       Upon request, we can arrange it for 75 mins or 90 mins long.

  • The prices differ based on where the session is conducted.

    Session in the studio

    Off- Peak Hours: $280.00
    Peak Hours: $400.00

    Peak hours refer to:

    • Weekday evening sessions from 6pm

    • Weekends from 9 am - 12pm.

    All other timings are off-peak hours. The studio fits a max of 18 mats.

    Session in the office

    One-off Session

    • 1 – 20 attendees: $200.00 for a 1-hour class

    • 21 – 29 attendees: $280.00 for a 1-hour class

Option 2

  • This Mindfulness session comprises a range of activities depending on the goal of the session. It can be a combination of sound bath, breathwork, tea meditation, mindful journaling.

  • The price varies based on what it is conducted.

    In the office
    $300 for a 1-hour class.

    Maximum number of participants at any one time is 20 pax.

    In the studio
    $220 for a 1-hour class.

    Maximum number of participants at any one time is 13 pax.

Option 3

  • This 3-hour workshop is a cosy and intimate session where we communication and yoga principles converge.

    Minimum number of pax: 5
    Maximum number of pax : 15

  • This is charged on a per person basis at $250 per pax.

Your company will purchase a 50-class bundle at a competitive rate and any employee in your company / department can utilize it to attend any of our classes.

If there are certain limitations such as attending only once per day per person, it can be arranged as well. The employee will just have to book a mat ahead of time by writing in to us via email.
