  • Intro to Handstands is a class suited for those who would like to try handstands but are not able to kick up to the wall yet.

    This class will focus on drills that will help build strength and alignment whilst focusing on the technique to get into handstands with the wall.

    It is a multi-level class, conducted with a calisthenics approach.

Intro to Handstands

    For those looking how to find balance in handstands, this is the class. Check out the prerequisite!

  • Prerequisite: Handstand Balance is an inversion class catered for those who are able to already kick up to the wall.

    As the name of the class suggests, this session will focus on finding the balance and learning how to fall out of the pose safely.

    For those who are still working on the strength to kick up to the wall, we would recommend Intro to Handstands.

    Both Handstand Balance and Intro to Handstands are conducted by a calisthenics coach.

Handstands

    An intense class for those who are seeking to add cardio in their lives.

  • CardioFlow is a hybrid class that marries both the vinyasa practice and high intensity interval training (HIIT).

    The class is a vinyasa flow class that is infused with cardio movements in between that is aimed to get your heart pumping and your body sweating. This class is an ideal combination of isometric holds in yoga, and dynamic movements typical of circuit / functional training.

    Those who want something different, this is your class!

  • Inspired by the Barreeclipse method, this is a barre-less fusion style class that takes on a modern approach of Barre.

    It is a combination of movements from pilates, yoga, ballet and HIIT that go with the beat. The class targets each major muscle group for a bull body burn.

    Class is assisted with equipments such as block, resistance band, sliders and body weight with the wall as a barre support .

Cardio Barre

    Suitable for those who want to add a little change to their yoga routine.

  • Change up your yoga practice with our Run + Cardio class. In this session we will take a run down towards Fort Canning park and back to our Somerset studio.

    Runs will be conducted at an easy pace. Newcomers to both yoga and running are welcome!

  • Yoga Sculpt is a vinyasa class that focuses on strength building exercises to take your practice to a whole new level. It is curated to sculpt and tone your muscles while increasing stamina and flexibility. Class is assisted with equipments such as block, resistance band, sliders and body weight.

    Class is open to all levels of practitioners.
