While this is a primer to the practice of yoga and sets the groundwork for your other vigorous yoga classes, do not underestimate the intensity of the class!

    This is a suitable class for those looking to move and stretch. Revitalise is equivalent to a Yin-Yang session.

  • Feeling lethargic, dull or heavy? Try this healing practice to renew your energy, and improve your strength as well as flexibility. Work with a variety of poses that cleanse toxic substances from your body and toxic thoughts from your mind. Break some sweat as you give yourself that boost your body is craving for! You will definitely feel refreshed at the end of the session.

Revitalise

    This is a perfect class to unwind and surrender. Perfect for those who need to decompress and de-stress.

  • Through the use of bolsters, blocks and straps, you will be guided to a state of relaxation and rest. Your body and mind will be brought to a point of stillness, as you focus on your breath.

Restore

    This is a perfect antidote for those who feel “tight” and inflexible.

  • This class is designed to improve your muscular flexibility by holding stretches for extended periods of time to create greater length and space in specific areas of your body – such as shoulders, hips, hamstrings, and more.

Mindful prayer hands Yoga+

    This is suitable for those who prefer a slower-paced class, that is guided by breath work.

  • If you are a fan of slow, intentional movements coordinated with the breath, then this is the class for you! A mindful flow may be slower paced but it can be just as intense.

    This is suitable for those with some experience in yoga. Do ensure that you are familiar with downward dog, warriors, and chaturanga before attending the class.

  • Immerse in this upbeat and creative vinyasa practice which aims to seamlessly link your breath with movement. You will have to be fully present in the moment as you engage your attention equally to alignment and transitions.

Flow

Flow+ Class
  • 3.5 / 5.
    This class is suitable for those seeking a challenge beyond the Flow class. The ‘+’ denotes a longer session (75 or 90 mins long) and may include stronger poses.

  • Flow+ is an advanced version of flow class, featuring more challenging poses. Prior experience in Yoga is preferred to enjoy the full benefits of the class. In this class, be prepared to explore arm balances and inversions.

    This is suitable for those looking for an alternative to ashtanga.

  • This class covers all areas of asana practice — standing poses, warriors, arm balances, backbends, inversions, twists — weaved into a sequence. Dynamic flow is a set sequence that forms part of our teacher training program

Dynamic Flow

  • 4 / 5.
    This is suitable for those are seeking freedom in their movement and consider themselves to be experienced in yoga .

  • Self- expression, breath, strength and flexibility — When you combine all of these and weave them into a sequence, you will get a Power class. This is a class that you want to push the envelope and explore your boundaries.

Power

  • 4.5 / 5.
    Only for experienced yoga practitioners who are comfortable with backbends, inversions, and arm balances. The ‘+’ denotes a longer session (75 or 90 mins long) and may include stronger poses

  • This is the class where you can expect fun, interesting transitions! It assumes you would have attempted various arm balances and inversions before.

Power+

Special Classes

  • 3 / 5.
    This is suitable for those who have never tried arm balance or inversions before.

  • In this class, we will work towards a different inversion or arm balance weekly. Class will include drills leading up to the pose, as well as time to explore and practice inversion and arm balancing poses.

    This class is suitable for anyone with some background in yoga as well as more experienced practitioners looking to refresh their technique.

Intro to Arm Balance + Inversions

    This is a suitable class for those who have attempted some arm balance / inversions before.

  • This class will explore more difficult arm balances and inversions, as well as transitions between poses. Thus, you are expected to have attempted some arm balance / inversion.

    A good way to check is if you have tried crow pose and tripod headstand. If you have and are somewhat successful (even with the use of props), then this class is for you!

Arm Balance + Inversion

  • 3 / 5.
    This is a suitable for those who would like to marry anatomical knowledge with backbends.

  • Unlike a flow class, this entire class is workshop-based. It follows through a 4 week structure where every week, we dissect different forms of backbends.

    You will pick up anatomical knowledge as well along the way, learning about hip flexors, shoulder mobility and extensors.

Intro to Backbends

  • 2 / 5.
    This is a perfect antidote for those who feel “tight” and inflexible, but prefer a more active stretch.

  • Mobility vs Flexibility is what’s considered in this class. Here, we work through the ability of a joint to move actively through a range of motion. So you can expect more unorthodox stretches and movements to improve your range of movements.

    This class is quite different from Stretch.

Mobility Stretch

Dynamic Strength
  • 3.5 / 5.
    This is suitable for those are looking for drills to build up strength, especially in the upper body.

  • A yoga practice that blends power strength moves in a flow that encompasses a full body strength workout designed to sculpt and tone your full body.

    The class is fast-paced with strength drills and high-rep bodyweight movements so get ready to sweat and have fun!

    Options such as arm balances and/or inversions may be given as part of the sequences.

    Some experience in Yoga is preferred.

Dynamic Strength

    This is a special class for women who are pregnant.

  • Pre/Post Natal Yoga is a gentle practice for mums to be or mums who are easing themselves back to the physical practice after giving birth.

    Our Prenatal trained instructors will guide you safely through the 60min session with appropriate variations for all yoga poses.

Pre & Post Natal

    This is a special class, open to women and celebrating womanhood.

  • Come home to the spirit of womanhood.

    This 60-minute session is a quiet practice for women to come together and retreat from the distractions of the outside world... and to tune into the space within.

    We spend time with breath in slow movement to move stagnant energy. We invest time in mindfulness practices and connecting with the womb - a creative space which enables us to flow, grow and create, not just life but visions, goals, and everything within life.
