Handstands Short Course

  • This program is designed specially for you to learn more about handstands.

    When you attend group classes, you may have encountered kicking up and drills against the wall.

    For this course, it will be structured for you to build up the confidence, work on drills and then empower you with technique to keep practising (safely) outside the studio time.

  • Here are the details of the program:

    Location: Pagoda Studio
    Sessions: 6 Sessions
    [Every Monday for 6 sessions. Each session is 1.5h. Total program = 9h]
    Time: 630pm - 8pm

  • Maximum, 8.
    We would like to ensure that everyone gets undivided attention from the instructors.

  • Bryan Tay.
    He is a specialised Handstands instructor with a calisthenics background.

  • The investment is SGD$360.00.

    If you would like to use existing class bundles* instead, we will deduct 15 classes.

    *This does not apply to the monthly unlimited package.
