    • Breath & Energy Flow(formerly Revitalise) – A calming blend of breath-led movement and energy work.

  • Therapeutic and rehabilitative practices inspired by Eastern medicine.

    • Foundations Flow (formerly Basic) – Beginner-friendly, safe movement grounded in alignment.

    • Yin & Restore (formerly Yin) – Deep stretches with restorative and therapeutic benefits.

    • Rehab Barre (formerly Barre Flow) – Posture and rehab-focused barre practice.

  • Intelligent, biomechanics-informed movement for strength, mobility, and flow.

    • Mindful Flow(formerly Flow) – Classic vinyasa with emphasis on breath and biomechanics.
